Servo driven CO100BBTG for produce

Schib Packaging S.p.A. has developed a new servo driven flow packing machine specifically conceived for fruit and vegetables, either for individual or multi-pack iterations.

Very flexible and capable of running either heavy products or large dimensions (max. film reel width 900 m). Trays with produce can be packed as well. The flat belt in-feed conveyor of the machine is equipped with removable indexing bars that allow for multi-pitch capability. Additionally, random length capability is provided thanks to barrier photocells. A specific rotary brush system is included, so as to be able to accompany the products and prevent them from rolling or moving during the transportation to the sealing area.

Max. output of 60 packs per minute, in pre-set bag mode.

Or up to 20 meters of film per minute in random length mode.

Possibility of installing gas flushing devices for extending the shelf life of the product. Weighing/labelling systems available on demand.
