Modified Atmosphere Packaging line, consisting of a servo driven flow wrapping machine type CO50TG in full stainless steel construction and a header card applicator. Additionally, the end-of-line system is made up of a metal detector and an automatic weighing/pricing/labelling machine.

This line can be used for wrapping trays with meat and poultry, fish and seafood, cheese, sausages and cold cuts, mushrooms, fresh-cut produce.
Modified atmosphere packaging guarantees the preservation of the organoleptic and nutritional values of food and protects its freshness.

The line includes an automatic header card applicator. A header card is glued to the top of the flow-pack so as to simply hang the pack or personalize it with a brand and/or further information. Schib’s applicator is a unit of the newest design, meant to replace the manual or semi-manual application of the header card.
