Schib offers highly specialized solutions also for the technical industry: the CO100PLC machine with a patented multi-pitch in-feed conveyor represents a solution that is unique in the market.

Here, the flexibility of an inverted machine with bottom mounted film roll up to 700 mm wide has been raised to the maximum power by a pitch variation system. This enables the operator to automatically change the distance between the product indexing fingers even while the machine is running, so as to easily accommodate to different product dimensions and make the changeover very quick. The machine is completely electronically driven, with 4-axis control.
User-friendly control panel mounted on a mobile arm. Ideal machine for automotive parts, door handles and hydraulic parts, mechanical and electrical components and in general for all those industries where a great variety of format iterations need to be wrapped.
Special wrapping materials can be used, such as “Pluriball” and polyethylene foam, that can grant an excellent protection against shocks, scratches or anything that could damage the shape and/or the surface of the product or alter its functionality.
